Blogger in fact have provided service of ping can be seen on page Setting->Pusblish->ping. if satisfied caw you with service of blooger you can chosen one of the existing service below.

Ping Tips:
Do ping if you have updated yours blog.
Do ping if you do newest posting
Don'T ping excessively this because can be told as spam
